This update fundamentally improves analysis accuracy. You'll feel the difference.

Training Zone Classification Is Now Accurate

Previously, we classified workouts based on overall averages. That meant mixed workouts like intervals — with fast reps and recovery jogs — often got mislabeled as easy runs or tempo.

Now we analyze lap-by-lap data. Intervals, tempo runs, build-ups — all detected and classified automatically.

AI Coaching Now Analyzes Each Lap

AI doesn't just look at your overall averages anymore. It reads pace and heart rate for every lap.

Before

"This was an interval session."

After

"Your pace dropped starting from the 4th rep. To improve late-rep endurance..."

It catches pace fade, negative splits, and interval quality with specific feedback.

Training Paces Are Now Ranges

Instead of a single M-pace like 4:50, you'll see M-pace 4:50–5:00. That's how Daniels' system actually works — ranges, not fixed targets. It's more practical for real training.

VDOT Accuracy Improved

Previously, we used the single highest VDOT from your PBs. This overestimated fitness for runners who are strong at one distance but weaker at others.

Now we calculate a distance-weighted average and factor in a marathon-specific Endurance Factor (EF). If you're fast at 10K but struggle in the marathon, your VDOT will be more realistic.

Marathon Pace Calculation Changed

Marathon pace is now based on your actual predicted marathon time. It's much closer to what you'd realistically run.

AI Coaching Language Mixing Fixed

If your language was set to Korean, you might have seen English or Japanese mixed in. Fixed — AI now strictly follows your language setting.

Free Pass on Ad Timeout

If the ad before AI analysis timed out, analysis was blocked entirely. Now you get a free pass and can proceed immediately.

Garmin Integration Improvements

30-Day Historical Backfill

Go to Settings > Garmin > Import Data to pull in runs from before you connected. This builds the foundation for accurate VDOT calculation and training pattern analysis.

Health Data Sync

Resting heart rate, stress levels, step count, and other daily health stats from Garmin now sync to TT. AI can now factor in your recovery state.

Heart Rate Zones Auto-Imported

If you've set custom HR zones on your Garmin, TT will use the same boundaries for analysis.

Stability Fixes

Fixed 500 errors on Garmin API failures. Duplicate lap storage is now prevented. Webhook collision handling improved. Ghost laps (1–2 second artifacts at the end of activities) are automatically removed.

Ranking Overhaul

Mileage ranking is now the default tab. Crew mileage rankings added with weekly/monthly views.

Age group and crew rankings now have period filters: this month, this year, and all-time. Half/marathon records default to this year. Time zone for record classification corrected to KST.

Heart Rate Zone Settings

Custom heart rate zone settings are now available in Profile Settings. Zones are auto-calculated using the Karvonen formula, and you can manually adjust boundaries.

Your custom zone values are reflected in run detail screens and analysis cards.

Stability & Other

Backend query and index optimizations for faster response times. Weekly report generation timeout increased for stability. Recovery algorithm aligned with Garmin-level precision. PB deletion added. Android 15 edge-to-edge support.
